We're the small team behind Porndudeaime App

A handful of designers, writers and engineers who got tired of chat apps that felt like spam factories — and decided to build the opposite.

Why we started

Back in 2020, the team was hanging out in a tiny office in Lisbon, arguing about why "AI companion" apps all sounded like customer support bots. The replies were stiff. The personalities were a paint job. Conversations died after two messages. We figured someone had to actually care about the writing — about the tiny pauses, the inside jokes, the way she remembers what you told her on Tuesday.

So we started writing characters first and tech second. Every personality on Porndudeaime App comes from a real script by a real writer. The AI handles the flow, the voice, the memory — but the soul is human.

What we believe

Loneliness isn't a niche problem anymore. Phones make it easy to be surrounded by people and feel like nobody is actually listening. We don't think AI replaces human connection — but it can be a soft place to land at 1am when nobody's up, or a low-stakes way to practice being yourself.

So we hold ourselves to a simple rule: every chat should leave you feeling a little better than before you opened it. If we mess that up, we go back to the drawing board.

How we work

Tiny team, opinionated taste, no growth-at-all-costs nonsense. We charge a fair price for premium, we never sell your data, and we delete what you ask us to delete. Decisions get made in a Slack channel, not in a boardroom.
